This policy explains the types of information the website may handle and the reasons for handling it. It is intended to provide clear general information and does not make jurisdiction-specific legal-compliance claims.
2. Information you provide
If you use the Work With Me form, you may provide:
- Your name and work email
- Company name and website
- A description of the business
- Details about a process or operational problem
- The people involved and how often the process occurs
- Business impact and desired improvement
- Help stage, timeline, and referral source
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private tokens, database credentials, private keys, sensitive personal records, or other secrets through the website form.
3. Technical information and analytics
Google Analytics loads when a page is visited and may use identifiers such as the _ga cookie. It may collect limited technical and usage information such as:
- Pages visited and referring page
- Approximate source, medium, campaign, and geographic information
- Device and browser category
- General interaction events where Enhanced Measurement is enabled
- IP address or related request information where required for analytics, security, or service operation
Names, email addresses, company details, and form answers are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.

Work With Me submissions are validated by the website and sent by email to Manjit Singh. The website does not keep a separate database copy of the submission. The email delivery provider and recipient's email provider process the message for delivery and storage under their applicable terms.
6. Service providers
Google Analytics is used to understand website traffic. Google processes analytics information under its own terms and privacy practices.
The website relies on Vercel for hosting and Resend for transactional email delivery. Resend and the recipient's email provider process enquiry messages for delivery. Only providers needed for a defined purpose should be activated.
7. Retention
Information should be kept only for as long as it remains reasonably necessary for the enquiry, business relationship, operational record, security purpose, or applicable legal obligation.
Analytics retention is controlled through the Google Analytics property settings and Google's applicable terms. Enquiry and operational-record retention should be reviewed periodically and information removed when it is no longer required.
8. Your choices
Depending on your location and the applicable rules, you may have choices or rights relating to personal information, including asking about, correcting, or requesting deletion of information.
A request may require reasonable verification before action is taken. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, contractual, record-keeping, or legal reasons.
