Definitions

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between mmanjitsingh.com (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Client (referred to as “you” or “your”) for website design, development, and other services provided by us. This document outlines the terms under which our services may be used.

We provide a range of services, including website design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related programming languages. Additionally, we offer print design, corporate branding, identity creation, social media promotions, and mobile app development.

Permission and Copyright

• Ownership of Completed Work:
  The copyright of completed designs, images, pages, code, and source files created for your project transfers to you only upon final payment. Without prior written agreement, all ownership rights remain with mmanjitsingh.com.
• License for Use:
  You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the designs on one website and one domain name only. Use on multiple websites or domains requires prior written agreement.
• Resale or Distribution:
  Resale or distribution of completed files is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Client-Provided Media and Content:
  You confirm that all media and content provided for your project are either owned by you or used with full permission from the original authors. You agree to indemnify and defend us against any claims arising from the use of such content.
• Development Credit:
  We may include a development credit and link within the code of your website. This credit can also be displayed on your website unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Portfolio Rights:
  We reserve the right to include work completed for you in our portfolio.
• Third-Party Software:
  You agree to abide by the terms of any third-party software or media included in your project, such as Google Maps, Creative Commons media, or open-source software.

Initial Work

We will begin your project once all required materials are provided. A mock-up or homepage design will be shared within approximately five working days, though this may vary based on project requirements. It is your responsibility to provide clear direction on design, themes, colors, and other aspects during preliminary discussions.

Content Requirements

• Project Start and Content Submission:
  Work will commence within 24 hours of receiving an advance payment. You must provide all necessary content within seven days of project initiation.
• Content Delays:
  If content is not provided within seven days, an additional fee of 5% of the total project cost will apply, granting you an extension of 10 days. Failure to provide content within this extended period will result in project cancellation, and no refunds will be issued.

Alterations and Redesigns

• Alterations:
  Any changes to initial work must be communicated within three days of submission. Additional work will only be undertaken if confirmed within this timeframe.
• Redesigns:
  Any changes requested after project completion and approval will be considered a redesign and will incur additional charges.
• Error Rectifications:
  Errors in content or design identified by you will be rectified promptly.
• Final Approval and Upload:
  After project completion, we will upload the work to a testing server. Once final approval and payment are received, the project will be made live.

Free Maintenance

We provide one year of free maintenance for runtime errors on your website or application. However, free maintenance does not include content updates.

Quotation Validity

All quotations are valid for seven days. Prices may change without prior notice after the quotation expires.

Material Rights

We reserve the right to refuse to handle:

• Any media that is unlawful, inappropriate, or violates privacy or copyright.
• Media containing viruses or harmful programs.
• Content promoting harassment, racism, violence, obscenity, or criminal activities.
